Sara Cipriano

Advisory Board Member

Sara Cipriano manages and operates Novus Home Mortgage located in Western Pennsylvania. WIth Novus she also sits on their Advisory Board and has a voice in developing and shaping policies, programs and innovations that impact the mortgage process. She also co-founded the Chelsea Rowe Rescue Fund honoring a friend who passed tragically in a car accident. The CRRF raises money in her name for first responder training and equipment including a burn building structure that was built in 2024 in Hermitage, PA. She is also the Secretary of the IRN Erie Chapter.

Outside of work and volunteering, Sara is the mother of Ayden, a student at Penn State, and the wife of Fudd (William). She has many friends and family members who understand living with hidden disabilities. Many have faced challenges in finding the support needed for everyday tasks. That's why it’s very important for her to be involved in something so meaningful that can truly change the lives of families in need. Sara is excited to bring her background in charitable organizations to Willys World.
