Will Thomas

Board Member

Will Thomas is the owner and president of Colonial Companies, a business specializing in custom and production slitting of a wide range of flat roll products. A lifelong resident of Mercer County, Will is a 1994 graduate of Hickory High School and a 1998 graduate of Grove City College, where he earned his degree in Business.

In April 2014, Will took over his family’s company, Colonial Metal Products, carrying forward its legacy while expanding opportunities through strong leadership and innovation. Beyond business, Will is deeply committed to making a difference for children and families living with disabilities. His passion for helping others, paired with his business expertise, makes him an invaluable asset to Willy’s World—especially in building partnerships and securing corporate sponsorships that advance the mission of awareness, inclusion, and kindness.

Will is excited not only to help families and children with hidden disabilities, but he is also dedicated to strengthening his community and making it a better, more inclusive place for Willy and all children like Willy.
